Do mages get weaker than other classes after 2nd job? oz i heard many rumours that mages arent as strong as other classes after lvl 30.....plz post ur commentsimage

    Yeah it is kinda true. Clerics especially. They have to stay with magic claw which does a measly 600 damage per cast. Fire mages and Lighting mages are better off. At the beginning they do suck, but after they max out one of their attack spells they can do 1000-1500 damage per cast. But this is just my opinoin...

    well i've seen some mages that are Lightning/ice or Fire Mages. THey're strong. All Clerics got are magic claw, and that arrow attack. I'm not saying they are bad, Clerics are LiFESAVORS!!! Every party wants one and Need one. Its kool being wanted by alot of people for cleric's heal. Once you hit high lvls with cleric, like max out the shining ray or their other attk spells that i dont know, then they'll look soo cool, not that they didn't look kool b4. ^_^

    Umm...actually, mages don't get "considerably" weak...until after the third job adv.
    Besides, there is no WEAK or STRONG class, they are all equally balanced.
    Clerics are strong, but you have to know how to use them. Same with fire/poison, and ice/lightning.

    Well i wont say that get weaker it may just be harder to use them after.

    Once again, STOP misguiding people...they are NOT hard to use at all...
    They work the same as they used to...just with better skills...
    The reason many people pick mages is BECAUSE they're EASY to use...WARRIORS, on the other hand, are generally more difficult to use...especially when approaching third job.

    Yea i think so, i think priest is the best 3rd job of mages.

    itz just a bit like, thiefs are till lvl 30. a bit weaker then the rest but you'll come there if you know how 2 pick but thats my opinion!
