Over and over. Today I sit here again looking at my old EverQuest cd's thinking, "Would I enjoy it again even after 4 years of playing?"
Tough question. How many of you have returned back and forth between your first most enjoyed MMO? Or better yet.. Have you returned to it and are enjoying it right now?
*misses his roots*

Never went back to UO...Samurais don't cut it anymore.
... pun intended.
No longer visiting MMORPG.com.
i went back once. my all time fav mmorpg 'was' Star Wars Galaxies, i played in the real early stages JUST before the holocrons and then all the way up to a major update (i forget which one) then i quit playing and shortly after (2-3 months) i rejoined and played all the way up to and past the attrocious combat update. (altho i didnt mind the modifications too much, it was every update after it that pushed it more and more towards the 'Luke Skywalker experiance' and further and further away from the 'Ben Kenobi experiance' or whatever they called it.
so once yea......twice if NCSoft is able to buy the rights to the pre-CU SWG......because ill start playing again if that rumour is ever found true
First was EQ1 from '98 - '01. I hit the level cap, said goodbye to my friends, uninstalled the game, cried a little...and never looked back again.
Ever since then I've been bouncing from MMO to MMO every 3-6 months or so trying to find something that can hold my interest like EQ1 did, but I don't think that will ever happen. You never forget your first...as they say.
Joined 2004 - I can't believe I've been a MMORPG.com member for 20 years! Get off my lawn!

calendar might come in handy,
Sure it's not 1985 right now,
But who knows what tomorrow
will bring??

If it's first MMO, I returned to Horizons once after leaving, said "omg it really was that ****ing horrible" and logged out again.
First favourite would be Saga of Ryzom and I've been back there a couple of times, and will check out the Ring too when all is said and done too.
