No one read my reply? or just read it and dismiss it, it´s common practice to take a dollar of your card, to check validity, and then reinsert them, been done since the 1st mmo with a sub.
This thread is a perfect example of why more people don't use this site. Man asks a simple question and the level of nerd rage directed back at him is epic.
MMORPG.com the home of the angry and bitter who hate games and gamers...
hehe I am use to this level of nerd rage. I am 35, been around gamers for a long time. Generally I stay away from all forums. They are usually very toxic and quite often are the downfall of some once good games.
It is hard for people to read someones demeaner so you can't really judge how the question is presented. Another problem is peopel assume a lot when they read posts. For example someone assumed I was trying to contact customer support using mmorpg.com. I am not sure why they would think that, but they did and obviously they read into it wrong.
Anyways its been fun, maybe Ill start posting more while sitting here at work bored to death.
Originally posted by etlar 14.99 has not been drawn from me, and i can still play, so it must be a mistake OP.
Ill try and call on my lunch break, but I doubt that will be enough time to get through to them. If not I guess I will see if it gets removed within the next few days and deal with it on the weekend.

$14.99 is not a card check.
He really needs to contact ESO customer service.
It also seems if he wants to know if this has happened to anyone else.
So then ESO users, check your bank accounts, has this happened to you?
Lost my mind, now trying to lose yours...
will check it now, just to clarify to all the misconceptions

Wow, just wow.... Awesome and supporting community this is...
Is there a place like this on the internetz with good info but without the nasty community?
I feel ashamed that I have this site on my favourites... good thing that is fixable.
There are threads about this topic already, so I am locking this.
There was a problem with this, and people have already linked to the official response.
