Bank Account Being Charged?

First keep in mind the transaction is only temporary when your CC is charged the first time. Once authorized the money taken should be transfered back into the CC account. 

In the event of "lack of funds" or other Account issue's or taking to long to get that "refund"  Zenimax urges you to contact them at support:

Take into account that this is a new released games so even though their support section suggest within 24hour service expect it to take longer. I know they should state something like this on their website, but that's just how businesses seem to work in some fields.

I don't use my CC online anymore, have done so for several years but I think since about 6 years back I stopped using my CC.

With games I just buy gametime cards if available or other means other then CC use to pay for my games. Either Ideal or Paypall. Both accounts are zero valua accounts, meaning I only transfer money to them when needed.  Simply do not trust the internet with my CC details.
