in Elder Scrolls Online

Is there a way to change instances?  Even in town or outside zones like you could in tera online?

Or just make it open pvp with full loot so I can kill the people screwing up my questing.  Oh man even better, we could kill the botting harvesters all over the place.

    Most people just log off and back on to get a new instance / channel.

    Don't know if there is any other way.

    If you have a friend that's online you can 'Travel' to their instance.
