Is there any word of a MMORPG based on White Wolf's Vampire:Mascarade/Werewolf:Apocolypse?

    God I hope not. The idea is fantastic, but there's a gigantic MUSH community out there currently that has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the various WW systems (at least in v. 1, 2 and revised) cannot work together. I can't comment on the new settings, but the old ones were no good. Then, there's the issues of having to work on a creative basis with White Wolf. The studio itself has left a great many writers and artists burning in its wake. I'm sure a game studio would be no different.

    I'm not sure on the complications in creating such a mmorpg, but it's a very untouched aspect. I've always been attached to vampires like a bug to a lumanescent light, and I think there's plenty of people that feel the same way. I think it'd be cool, but that may just be me image.

    image I would love for there to be a Word of Darkness MMORPG especially if they added Mage: The Acension to the mix (its  the only one of the WoD that I truly liked).

    First... yay people like me :) I want this mmo so bad it hurts... but alas I think we may all be waiting a very long time.

    In the meantime though, I don't know if anyone has seen this:

    Now it's not exactly VT:M, and it hasn't even started being worked on yet, or is even priority for mmocenter.com but I imagine if enough people start harping them on it, they'll realize the money that can be made and bring it up a few notches on the development cycle.

    But who knows what exactly it's going to be like :). Either way, just wanted to share.
