WHats the best pvp formula for sorcerer?
Heavy Armor, Light armored. etc

There aren't really OP cookie cutter builds where X class = X build in this game. That's kind of the whole point of the way classes and skills are designed. It depends completely on what you want to be capable of. Do you want to be a glass cannon, controller, be a bit tanky, ranged, up close, single target nuker, AoE build, summoner?
The more info you can give about what you want to be capable of the better someone will be able to guide you.
