...... I'm in a higher level dungeon than I should be , getting my ass handed to me on a plate ... and then some higher level peeps come in and help you clear it out and beat the boss !

I was in a red level dungeon last night and I'm only just level fifteen , I got loads of xp and  nearly enough to get to level 16 from one dungeon ! woot :)

I have found the in-game community to be extremely helpful - both in groups and in spontaneously helping strangers.  It's actually very encouraging to have people lend you a hand, and I try to do so if I see someone else struggling.

Sadly it is about a 50/50 split to be fair.

As many good people that go out of their way to help you, there are just as many who will go out of their way to screw you over.

That being said I really do not care how many jerks are out there, as long as I see someone who needs help Im gonna jump in there and do my best to help them out.

While this is more than likely the case  I personally have only come across a coupe of asshats so far , overall though , a really nice community so far :)

I've run into a few node thieves. Let me take out the 3 mobs then they go in and steal the Iron Ore, or the chest, or whatever. But, for the most part, the community seems to be really cool.

I like the fact that healing people fighting gives the healer xp without being grouped. Makes healers stop and help more.

ive come across alot of both of them. Many people see me getting destroyed by a swarm of daedras and they help me but also a lot of people just run past me like nobody was there. I know a reason why some people dont help and instead go past through you, i already found out the issue (at least in my own situation). Usually people dont help me in public dungeons that involves a quest. Quests in public dungeons are broken in two different ways, and both ways are broken:

    1) If someone finishes the objective from a quest that isnt chained while you are just entering the area your quest is auto completed for you as well because you are on the same step and its ruined for you because you missed the rest of your quest.

    2) If you are talking to an npc to follow up a quest chain and while you are reading (listening to) what the npc is saying and another player clicks through really quick it finishes the quest for him and blocks you from continuing until the npc respawns for you to talk to him again.

When i need help and someone walks past me without helping me its always in one of those areas so they try to get the objective first. Quests should only be shared between people directly interacting with the objective and each player have their own instanced npc, like a normal mmo would do nowadays. Outside of this situation, people usually help me when im being massacred by many monsters.

I usually run around randomly shooting regen off whenever I see some people low on health... I look like a disco ball laser show rolling through the zone.  Funniest thing I've seen was one underleveled toon being followed by 3 healers in a Dungeon, he probably felt like super man.  We just all happened to be going to the same place. :P
