I am starting to a lot of my vet buddies change clases to make the vet levels more doable. Or move bk to their old games.
What we are running into is 90% of the vet content is undead fire casting or using mobs, Which makes life very tough as a vamp.
Its like going into a solo dungon with no way to feed every 30 minets and fighting mobs that will rock your world. So just a warning to you all.
So far Templars are really shining grinding up the vet levels fast.
Good luck on your travels, if u can find someone to quest grind with u are set for life in eso.

Veteran content is harder than normal content, that isn't a secret and has been known for some time. Also, Vampires have a weakness to fire, again a known fact.
I fail to see what the problem is here, you picked Vampire and found out that the weakness is really a weakness?
I am still trying to figure out how to turn off the damn quest markers on map. I don't want to be led by the nose to my quest objectives. I want to play at lease a year before maxing out.
[mod edit]People in forums and ingame have a laugh at players who bust a nut to be a vampire or werewolf and are now trying to get cured. The vamps especially hate PvP with all the fire getting hurled around by players and siege engines.
It has been very amusing. Vampire may well be a great way to sneak up on someone and gank them... but in Cyrodil the opportunities to do that are limited and in a large scale fight at a keep or resource, having a fire weakness just makes you cannon fodder.
I have every intention of staying normal, the weaknesses for Vamp/Werewolf far out weigh the strengths imo.
So when people run into a little bit of challenge they run away?
Who knew. Oh wait, Bizzard knew, that's why WoW is the way it is.
Then just don't use the map........
Don't push M ...or reset the key to nothing.
It's funny how fire hurts a Vamp.
I really hope they leave as is also because there should be some weakness with the perks. I hope they don't throw in an easy cure to appease the ones that don't like it.

Actually there is a mod to remove the quest and compass arrows, it's called PinKiller on ESO UI (you can find it under maps). I haven't used it, but it's there if Wrender would really like to remove quest markers.
Completely agree. Same goes in pvp hardcore players. They power level to gain a level advantage. They pick the fotm class to gain an advantage. When they find out their choice isn't as OP as they thought or a nerf hits them ... they run screaming to another class or setup.
Real bad asses those people.
You stay sassy!
I relish the challenge of these two veteran factions later on!
Sounds like 1-50 is fairly easy but 50- V10 is very hard as a solo which is nice.
I was actually seriously considering the vampire as it would have 2 really useful actives for my Nightblade build and figured it would help in PVE with damage reduction etc but I dont want to be toasted none stop Maybe I'll put that off hmm
