Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft: iPad Version Released Worldwide

Thanks to eagle-eyed MMORPG.com user, Nadia, we now know that Hearthstone is available for iPad in the United States and in other countries where it was not yet available worldwide. Previously, Hearthstone was only available in select countries. The US version of the game can be downloaded from iTunes.

    i may not be a WoW fan, but this n diablo3 are very well produced games!

    Search for "blizzard" and open any app created by "Blizzard Entertainment, Inc." Then tap on "Blizzard Entertainment, Inc." and it will bring up all apps created by Blizzard including Hearthstone.

    Searching the iTunes store didn't show the game for me either.  But following the link in the original post here, did take me to the game and was able to download it.

    Didn't really get into this on PC. Have been playing the hell out of it on iPad tho.

    The first MMO you loved will always be the best. You will never get that feeling back stop trying.

    ipad version has sound too -  maybe he has sound on his device turned off

    Umm... I just played iPad version for 3 rounds and it had all the sound!

    The swipe interface is a little more awkward then the PC mouse though. You also need to hold your finger down on a card's corner to see full detail vs. hover over it with your mouse.

    One time I healed an enemy minion and another I dealt damage to one of my own minions. At times it can be slightly sluggish (I own an iPad 2( but not really frustratingly so.

    Still enjoyable for a mobile version of a game.

    I hope they tie-in more things to other Blizzard games. e.g. I got a free pack during log-in due to bought Diablo III RoS.

    Glad to hear this awesome game is also coming to android tablets!!! I plan on buying an android based tab later this year.

    If you want an original, better developed card game download Magic 2014.

    Your comment tells me you probably have not played either of these games. They are absolutly NOTHING alike. The only similarity is they are both card games....

    This is what this game should be made for. I got an ipad on black friday and baldurs gate is so much fun on it when you're not near a real computer for some reason.

    Hahah.... if you say that the only similarity is they are both card games then clearly YOU haven't played both. Hearthstone uses about 90% of the mechanics from MTG. If you disagree with that you're either a rabid fanboy or delusional.
