Is there concept art or more relevant images for the iron-on patches yet? I am considering purchasing that stretch but I'd feel more happy knowing what they look like.

I am a TSW Grand Master AND a Beta Pledger. I've yet to receive anything from TSW but I suspect that is due to my have having different email accounts associated with TBW and TSW. That has been corrected on the TSW end now with an email update. So-
1-Should I contact Funcom Support to get the required email associated with the GM status.
2. How are the GM and Beta Pledege status going to combine?
3. After that is sorted I also want to add either stretch goal amounts or upgrade even further ( I believe in this project ) Will a higher pledge simply supercede the prior ones in terms of rewards then?

I want to add my support for additional GM levels. Something like "Advanced GM" for $45 to $50 and so forth seems fair. In part because I'm selfish and want to upgrade to advanced But also, to be sure that when GMs show up to claim their free membership they have additional ways to pledge support.
Most of the permission issues had been resolved. Last update tomorrow but it should give you access to the empty private pledge forum
Yes, I am a little sarcastic, we are really far from our objective. Ironically, the conversion rate right now is incredible and thanks to you. The global feeling and attitude in the thread is positive and give a really good first impression of the quality of community that an ARG or a Game like that generate.
The main issue is getting visit at all on the www.mmorpg.co/pledge section. We do everything in our power to try to have journalist talk about the project.
Also, we are still waiting for Funcom email. That alone should get us to our pledge objective of 100 000$.
Aside from the setback of the pledge for now, we are still excited by the prospect of a PARG. Like Dory said: just keep swimming, just keep swimming...

Can you open a ticket to support@division-66.com. Most of the irks of the integration has been iron-out. You should now all see your pledge correctly without delay.
The only delay you will see is if you are NOT log-in. Then you get cached paged manually generated every.. well everytime I got 5 minutes... So the total pledge is different from what you will see if you log-in.

I mean, like, will people be blowing up my (personal) phone all day texting me for clues? Will I have to buy a phone just for TBW if I opt-in for being more involved? I like the idea of being involved, but I also realize that there are [i]thousands[/i] of people who will be involved with each puzzle stage...
First, you don't contact-us. The organization will track you down.
Second, your mission will be custom for you. Yes. It will. The game mechanics may be generic and shared across players, but the experience will be dedicated to you. You may, actually you will need help to complete your mission. And for 'will I miss my phonecall', the organization will follow your progress and take action if needed.
Your phone is only going to be blowing up with other players calling/texting if you make your number available to them. Now, if you opt in for that much involvement, then yes you may occasionally be getting texts/phonecalls (possibly in the middle of the night from a creepy deamon, or in the middle of the afternoon with an encoded message), but I'd doubt it would be "blowing up"... but I suppose it's always possible.
Of course, you could go all secret agent and go get a burn-phone and dedicate it just for this....

I am seriously considering pledging more, but before I do I have several practical questions that I would like answered.
1) Is it possible to cancel a pledge ? For example, if I pledge for normal sub, but then I decide to get the advanced one instead, can I cancel the normal and switch to advanced ?
2) You said pledges stacked up, so if I have beta, GM and advanced, every one of them gives me 1 year sub time... Does it makes me the happy owner of a 3 years sub time ? (if not, it's ok, but I'd like to know )
3) Aaaand finally (for the moment) with which phones will the case phone be compatible ? I currently got a Nexus5 but as not every phone has the exact same shape, I'd like to know before pledging for it if I'll be able to use it on my phone !

1) Of course! We are 50 employees here. We want you to have fun, not to lock you up in some kind of big ERP process with 200 extensions before you are able to ask someone do to something plain logical. YES, and I will do it myself. You are offering more money to help us give you a great experience!
2) You got me on that one. They stack up on the perks, and on the yearly membership price. So if you take the beta, 20$ per year, 1.6$ per month, that will stack (add price) to let say a normal 30$ per year, 2.5$ per month. But most of them give one time perks for the launch that you won't renew anyway. So your real question is: how do we manage renewal. On that, it's the same, we try to raise money to see how deep we can go with the ARG. If you decided to renew your normal account, it's 30$ for the year of ARG entertainment, 2.5$ per month. If you wish to spice it up with some custom mission or other idea we will had during the year, you will be able to choose what's fit with what you like.
3) Custom made. So we will contact you and ask what cellphone you have and what case you want. Now if you have a RadioShack Handheld cellular phone, it could be a problem.
