Nosgoth is in closed beta, and we have seen the game growing as time goes on. The closed beta made its show debut on the floor at PAX East this past weekend, where we had a chance to chat with Game Director Corey Davis and Square Enix Community Manager George Kelion about what’s ahead for Nosgoth, community response, and delivering on the lore.

to lazy to make a mmo so they made a pvp game.
vampires are fun though.
Let's just hope for them that the game won't end up like Forge, because the two games seems very similar. MMO style PvP outside of MMOs is usually a pretty niche market.
To the poster above me, thing is, I bet some people are like me and they love to play MMO style PvP but don't care/want to play the PvE experience of an MMO since it's boring as fuck.

I review lots of indie games and MMORPGs
Hm, I agree completely. Sometimes I just want the monotony of PvE, and sometimes I just want to SMITE! Er, I mean PvP without the quirks of lore, armor, passives etc. Though I will say, I wasn't too impressed with Nosgoth. I plan on trying it again at a later date when there has been more development- SMITE has my PvP card full.
