game crash at character creation

in Elder Scrolls Online
Has anyone else had an issue where the game freezes, then turns to a black screen after a few seconds once you get to character creation?  Is there a way to fix this?  (Changing from dx11 to opengl did not do it for me).

    I haven't heard of that problem from anyone. You might check the official forums and submit a post in the help section about it. Your more likely to find help with this issue there.
