I hope they never do a free trial .. The surge in gold sellers, power levelling services will be huge. Chat will be one huge advert and due to the sudden boost in numbers I'm sure Zen would keep running free trials despite the fact the majority being gold selling accounts.
If anyone wants to try it it is dead cheap jugs to buy a cd key and get the free month, it's a much better way to see if you like the game as no trial limits, less gold sellers and much more time. Plus people are generally more welcoming of what will hopefully be converts to the game who will be continuing their sub.
Free trials are a horrible idea for games these days because it allows gold sellers to make accounts with very little effort. At least the other way they would have to jump through a few more hoops.

Pretty much every free trial these days limits chat. No /tell no public chat besides /say. So ya, they could sit there and /say all over the place if they want. But that's hardly effective.

That would probably not be a problem. Most free trials these days limit access to Zone-wide, Trade or similar chat channels, prohibit joining a guild and disallows trading and access to Auction House services.
You will have access to /say and /party but that's hardly very disruptive to the general population.

Will still be a major problem, they will just constantly spam /say even more than they do in /zone and make new accounts faster as they are now free. Also means they can have aload of accounts spread about since /zone is disabled.
Probably the very first place they will be is right outside your arrival point into the game, so any new player will just see one huge wall of text from god knows how many gold/power levelling companies.
Even City of Hero's had them in it's free trial and that didn't actually have cash as such but they still were ingame trying to outdo the AH.

It is a mega server.. They could just put the free trial on a seperate instance and let you move over to the main ones after you buy it.

No OP there is no free trial as yet and I would not expect to see one for some time IMO.
a free trial of the game right now would be commercial suicide, not even ZOS would be that silly...
They might do a limited free trial weekend sometime in May, but it's probably not very likely.
Plenty of game videos on Youtube and live streamers to watch if want to see how it plays.
Make that a year or two.....
Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

Give it a month or two and your wish will come true, though I'm not sure you'll want to play by that point.

How did you miss the free trial that they already had?
No...just No
This would be a goldseller's heaven. At the moment I console myself that they at least had to buy the game.
