Long loading screens, STILL!

in Elder Scrolls Online

I still get long loading screens on NA server. Even after maint today.

None on EU tho...wondering if its not something on my end? :(

    Nope, I still have them on NA as well.

    Long or infinite? Infinite being the main problem since release.

    Don't know but I read it was what they are using to combat it . I could dig up the source.

    Long, although I do have the task master on my 2nd monitor to kill the game when its past 5 minutes.

    Im so pissed off right now. I cant belive they still have this issue after all this time. Arghh,

    I don't have any long eu loafing times. Although I play Dota 2 and that game can take ages to load so I might be used to long loading screens.

    Any reason why this would happen on the na server only?

    Ok, after a few hours I "think" I found my problem.

    Its with an Add-on called ESO Head. Its a database for Zam. NO clue how I got that one tho. O.o

    NO longer stuck on Loading screen, or a "Unknown Error".

    I've been wondering about add-ons and bugs. I've stayed add-on free  while I wait for ZOS to patch real problems, but even in stable games like WoW, if you have an out of date or poorly written add-on it can screw you up.

    Also of note, I've never experienced any banking bugs and I know the guild store filter and other inventory add-ons are very popular. Might be some overlap there.

    I'm pretty sure I heard that the long load times were because of the amount of people logged in. Something about it staggered people into phases because some were too crowded, and the longer it took usually the more it had to go through.

    Just read in another thread to close the launcher ..going to try that. mind you my loading screens are not that long.

    On another note...I wonder just how many people who complain about lag / bugs etc. have add-ons loaded...hmmm?

    Its not addons. I play on EU and smooth. If I go to US WOW talk about long wait.

    Maybe someone can answer. I was going in to DEL's Claim. Some cave for a quest. Now at the bottom some npc spawns yet there are at least 20+ bots around and every time it spawns they kill it.. WHY? I tried to ask in ZONE lol seems no one will answer.

    At the end of the day they have a bunch of stuff to sell to vendors and thus the gold sellers march ever onward.
