Who is extremely excited and just can't wait to get there hands on this game! I really wish i could play, but I didn't get invited into closed alpha sadly. So i'm stuck with watching streams from various twitch people. Just been getting so sick of the whole themepark wow type gear treadmill. I'm excited for this because of all the sandbox features it offers. Also waiting for EQN.

    I know right! I haven't been this excited since the announcement for Burning Crusade. I wonder how the game will be supported though, because if they have a sub option I will gladly give them the money.

    it'll probably follow the F2P model they use in Russia

     

    it's F2P but if you want to get into crafting and making money at end game, you need to subscribe as it gives you a lot more labour points

     

    I'm currently playing on the Russian server and loving it big time. such an amazing game, even though it doesnt really add anything new. it just makes the mmorpg genre so much more polished

    I review lots of indie games and MMORPGs

    Game play looks awesome from what I've seen on streams. This game looks like it has a lot of potential.

    Tell me about it man, i've been waiting on this game to get released for 2 years or so. Ever since i saw a video of someone messing around in beta. Little did i know America was going to be the last of the last to see a release lol.

    I was hyped beyond belief, soooooo excited to play this game. Waited years for this. Played Alpha and i'm prolly never touching it again. Different strokes for different folks

    I am excited about AA again. I had lost some because it took so long to get to the west but now that the relese seems near I can't help but get excited about it.

    BTW there are way better streamers than the one promoted above....like Cohh, Ellohime and Bikeman. Just saying.

    I have played the game its nice but its a free AA game it will not blow you away it does not have the same presence as a AAA mmo and ever quest next is a AAA mmo its in another class.

    you can dawn load the game go and watch on you tube how to.

    its fun but after a view days you feel something is missin I will rather pay for a AAA mmo game that is good not some of the crap floating around.

    Archeage is indeed a AAA MMO with a AAA MMO budget.

    Not sure where you got AA from as it is fairly common knowledge that it is AAA.

    Also Archeage was originally a p2p MMO but with an over 5 year dev cycle, the market changed and they had to adjust thus F2P now.

    I was really excited 2 years ago...lost most of the interest since then, but now it's sparking back up and I can't wait to play.

    Whelp.... its my B-day as of 12am and my wife bought me the 150.00 founders pack, so i am currently DLing this game. Bleh i hates me metered internets, but it will be worth it in the end. 

    I have been playing TESO since Early Access, and while i enjoy the game, i cannot really play in the AvA because of my RL location, and the really bad net optimization. GW2 i rock it just fine in huge zerg matches, but i get in a big battle in TESO and i generally get dumped out to desktop.

    I am hopeful that the nice PvP in AA will not be as affected by my high ping like it is in TESO, also i do well with Rift so i am hoping that since its Trion servers it will be good, Defiance was good also now that i think about it.

    I truly doubt i would have purchased the 150.00 founders pack, probably would have paid for beta access, but since my wife knew how interested i was in AA she bought it for me.

     

    Here is hoping i find a good guild and i start having fun soon.... Trions DL servers seem really slow though... only getting 120k a sec :(

    Russian version was mehhhhhhhhhhhhh !!! at best its ok but nothing earthshaking and getting less and less like a sandbox with every patch

    I was very excited at first but as I learned about the combat, and the endgame being gear-centric raiding my anticipation went down. The possibility of it being not P2P and the sandbox elements are keeping me interested.

    The best gear in the game is obtained by crafting (at least for now).

    The game's direction changed completely since the first KR versions.

    It is not even close to the game everyone hyped years ago.
