Is this like WOW?

Just been looking for a mmorpg that doesn't have the wow type grind rush to end game for cool loots. Looking for something relaxing and fun to do and not trying to rush to the end. I was wondering how this game is on PVE content and can I get a good 30 days out of it? I will most likely not sub since I am waiting for Arche Age beta.

    No, not really.

It's one of only a few things that really make it playable.

The PvE is very much story based with voice overs... If you like that, its your game...

The PvP is quite nice in its own part of the world..

Both are nothing like WoW as long as you play the game for the great stories...(as most do) ... and not just rush from questgoal to questgoal

Currently i have explored about 1/5th of the game world, taking it slowly and doing some crafting and lots of gathering..  By level 50 and VR10 i should have played 350 to 500 hours and seen almost all of the PvE content...

Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

Are you bored of the game already? Also how long did it take you to get to level 50? Was it worth the $60?

    Just ask yourself one question.

    You like running quests?

If the answer to that is yes, this game has way more than enough to keep you entertained for its dollar value.

This is a very very content rich MMOQuester.  Everything from click the thing to summon the monster to put out the fire with the bucket to click on the guy you want to save.  All that and more.  You can quest your whole life away for at least the next month or two.

This game is definitely for you! Relaxed layed back leveling. Only thing is, grouping only happens for dungeons really, but I don't see that as a problem. I like to be leveling on my own and then hit the dungeon tool to test my skills in a dungeon with 3 other players. Btw, the 4 man group is so much better than 5. Everyone in group is active and if someone is AFK, which happened to me a dozen times already, most of the times you just need to wait till the group is complete again. So everyone is needed in a dungeon and that feels nice :) but ye, definitely try this game according to your preferences.

PvE is good if you play by yourself. When trying to play with others, however, you will find that ESO does everything in its power to prevent collaboration outside of dungeons.

AvA is the best part of ESO, though it does borrow more from GW2's WvW than DAoC.

You also will want to pay the extra 20 bucks for the collector's edition and get the horse. There is a LOT of running around and without it, your time in between doing things will essentially double. In AvA, it's a must.
