You can only use 2 weapons at a time

I mean come on ZOS.  I know that the 2 weapon/hotbar design has been in the game for the last 4 years, but I think it's time to complain about it now!  In a 2014 modern MMO I should be able to use at least 5 weapons simultaneously.  Angry Joe was right, this game is garbage.  Don't understand why they implemented this.

    you can get an add on that lets you swap equipment sets
