Snail Games has announced that the closed beta for Black Gold Online will officially kick off on May 15th. In response to alpha testers, the team has overhauled the UI, revamped graphics and other significant changes to the game.
Closed Beta participants will see large-scale battlegrounds with customizable 'Carriers' (large battle mounts for each faction) and can develop over 100 distinct carrier-types for battle. Black Gold Online also features true hardcore PvP, where players can fight against members of their same faction as well as opposing forces across a variety of battlegrounds, arenas and 'Chambers of Greed.' Finally, players can join even larger Energy Well battles as they form armies to fight for control of precious resources in large-scale faction and guild battles.

Black Desert!! ;D *Reads Again*
Oh...

There's nothing more gratifying than playing an MMO for free.
Alpha was horrible. But i'm still optimistic. I was so excited for alpha/beta and when I played it, it was terribly broken. The animations reminded me of Runes of Magic, the UI was awful, the quests weren't just kill quests, they were "Kill ONE mob" quests.
Here's hoping it gets better.
funny voice lol !
at least they have carriers which you can modify them : )
but i feel sad cause i see more and more steampunk games releasing in such mediocrity ... : /
in this video we see some kewl ideas but outdated executions .
black desert looks better this just looks very instanced
so say we all
I'm with you Desert looks great but they don't even have an engilsh site up yet let alone a na publisher. You probably be able to play the hell out of Gold until then.
Looking forward to see what they have changed for beta. Never been a huge steampunk fan although mechs and bikes are different and the magic side has an Avatar (the movie) feel, nice graphics and cool looking races.
xD this
Well, our Guild played and most of us maxed out on levels during Alpha. The game was fun and different. We had a blast. We plan to make a presence in the game. There are a ton of systems within a system. Lots of content to do. PvP was fun and the mounted pvp is unique. You can kill anyone in this game, yes, even you own faction. It has a strong guild system the end game is heavy PvP and PvE if you want to do instances.
We, tried our best to control end game in Alpha. We camped farm areas to keep other from leveling and pked them at will. This game is severely Rock-Paper-Scissors in pvp. This is true whether doing mounted combat or non mounted.
The trailer does not do this game justice at all. We did not find hardly any bugs in the game, all of the quest worked for us. The alpha was smoother and more fun then I had in ESO Beta, which I did not purchase.
I think if anyone truly tries this game, they will be pleasantly surprised. You don't even scratch the surface on content or what is available to do in game at low levels.
I also have to add, you can move and attack in combat. This works for most casting too unless it is channeled.

Try reading what you write/type out, out loud, exactly as you have it, with no pauses (commas), and no stops (periods). I hope that helps you in the future as much as it helps your readers.

Rare I write in comments here at MMORPG (love reading them though, rant included).
Although the narrator did sound a little bit young. The game looks interesting.
1) you have a PVE, that seems to build different story lines for the various races.
2) you have missions/instances that span across all boarders allow the races to come together (even enemies) to stand up against a common PvE Foe.
3) you have MECH type combat in PvP! That is kind of cool. May help eliminate some balance issues.
Fantasey Titanfall.... this is a unqiue concept .
