i doubt it, the current state of the founders packs and the allocated prices is ridiculous, idk bout anyone else but I can wait a few more months instead of spending 50-150$$$$$

I doubt there is a limit. It kinda and pretty old marketing trick. Making a think seem scares makes it seem more valuable. The whole Alpha thing is just marketing (the game is already released in places ffs!) Alpha + limited makes it sound really really exclusive. Hell if they really want to do it right they close the "alpha" sale in a few days as they are out and open it up again in a week, making it seems even more scarces then it really is.
"When something is exclusive, scarce, or in high demand, it becomes more desirable. Whether they are whitepapers, free trials, memberships, sales promotions, or downloads, these irresistible elements can overcome a lead's typical friction, doubt, or concern.
Why do these elements work? Because they trigger a physiological reaction that makes an offer more valuable. People need to perceive the value of your offer to be greater than what you’re asking for in return. The higher the perception of value, the more irresistible the offer.
So, how do you make an offer irresistible? Let's break down the three ingredients for irresistible marketing offers -- go ahead and steal these for your next email marketing campaign, landing page, PPC ad, or promotional campaign."
I'm sure there is some server limit at the moment. But if people are really trying to give them $150 to play on the Alpha server, do you really think they will say no? If by some magic they get way more purchases than they ever expected, I see no reason they won't open another Alpha server.
For $150 a pop it makes no sense to refuse people. As others have said it's the oldest marketing trick in the book though.
I don't think they are advertising a refund now link to all unsatisfied archage alpha subscibers. I think they should reconsider how much they are asking is worth how much attention the game itself drew in alpha. I'm sorry but I'm not wasting my time contacting trion if I don't know what a satisfied customer really means to them.
I really doubt they will sell out of Alpha slots, because they aren't going to pass up 150 bucks from people when they have the opportunity to get 150 extra from each person willing. I would love to pay the 150 to access it but at the same time I have a russian account and played it already and can wait. But that's only because I don't have 150 bucks. I hope trion doesn't push the alpha out too far to try to get more alpha purchases
I would of bought one but I like alot of other people, trion Glyph website doesnt want their money because the website server gives them a no response error every time they try and log into the site to try and purchase a founder pack. And trion support seems rather slow at reponding on the situation when you email there support.

If you are going to sell Alpha access and someone buys it you have implied they would get to play at least.
So I doubt you could sell a lot more slots than you can have connected to the alpha server at one time.
Just a guess though.
Not true, just picked mine up a few hours ago. And the "buy now" link still works.
Trion came out and said they are still available and to contact Customer Support if you are having an issue.
