Beware of Webzen - Banned

Wanted to give you a headsup how this company has 0 sympathy for any player. You can even check  my youtube videos /@ swrc9, my recent posts on mmorpg.com and all my forum posts on their forums of suggesting ideas/etc for over 2 years.  Now it's all GONE,  instantly!  I submitted a ticket (As you can see on my video) and it's just almost laughable and shockingly mind boggling.  They REALLY do not care who you are, nor what you do to help their game, nor listen.  They also make up lies by saying I was abusing a GM account..   It's purely comical but sad at the same time. First, I don't even have access to a GM account. Second, I would never risk my main account and everything I've done to help C9 by doing something stupid.  So, just be cautious of the time you invest if you play any Webzen game, It's just......

    I never played this game but I know what it feels like when a company turns on you.

    Not saying that you actually abused GM powers but...

    GMs who share their accounts with players? I thought only Starvault was incompetent enough to do this.

    It's the most insane thing I have ever heard.  The last time a GM was even in-game that I saw was like 2months ago when a GM (GM Ceth) left and said goodbye to everyone in trade chat.

    For them to come out and say that I was banned for abusing a GM account or participating in one is outrageous. I honestly thought I had a cool hobby. Making intrusion videos for fun. I never signed up for a youtube partnership, never cared about making money, I did it for the love the game and to make players happy while watching my videos. It's sad they do not see the potential I could bring to help promote this game. But instead, shoot you down like the guinea pigs we are. They have no sympathy for any of their players and I am absolutely sickened at how they treat current players and how they don't care nor listen to us.  All 3.5k+ Posts in the forums are all gone, 1.5k was deleted by hackers 6months ago. Hundreds of other users posts were deleted as well.  Aside from all that, we still continued to post on the forums helping new players, drama here and there, making tons of suggestions to help improve the game. None which have been implemented, or even replied by a GM. It's hilarious how they even have a suggestion forum open on the main forum. But I loved the game so much, didn't care much about these issues, still decided to donate/play/help/make videos/etc.  So, I guess it is what it is though! They have 100% right to ban for me any reason they wish, it's their game and company.  I guess It was a great ride while it lasted.  C9 will be forever in my heart.

     

    As much as I love the game, the company behind it doesn't deserve to publish this amazing game.  I really wish I could just wake up about now :(.  But, 2 years of my life is over because some new GM to the game flagged my account.. Just hilarious and sickening at the time. Gosh this sucks, but like I said, it is what it is.

    Keep bugging them man. There's no reason you should stop a hobby, or in general what you enjoy doing just because of a false ban. I'm sure eventually they would give you your account back, after looking at it.

    Okay, okay, okay.

     

    Let me get this straight......... YOU. You have been advertising for them, promoting them via youtube videos and generally been spreading good word about the game. Kept loyal and simply had fun in the game. However, in spite of that they decide to ban you for some ridiculous bullshit reason like that? PURE LUDACRIS. 

     

    It's funny, because just two days ago I ran into one of the gameplay vids of the game and while I was intending to give it a try. This totally changed my view and made me realize how important the company of the game is too, not just the game itself. And quite frankly, this Webzen company can join the top list of worst gaming companies the world has to offer, somewhere above or close to EA. 

     

    Just think....

     

    If this is how they treat their loyal players. I'd shutter to think what they do to those that actually harm the game in some way.

    To be honest, I don't believe how I am going to say this, but... Give the game a try man! It's seriously one the best fast-paced combat games I ever played.  If you do watch my past intrusion videos on my channel (Which I'll prob just leave up forever for the memories). You'll see how fun intrusion can be.  But then again, you know what kind of company you have to deal with, so I guess it's your call :(.  I just love the game, but despise the company.  There is just 0 sympathy from the management. They hire new GM's like every other 2-3months and then everything they have done that was bad, we ever bring it up to the new GM's.. they are like "Ugh, don't know about it, sorry cant help ya!".  Errr, I could go on and on, I just need to LET GO but Jesus, it's hard!  I just feel like we're guinea pigs....  No player should ever HAVE to feel like this while playing a game they LOVE.
