Warping through enemy postern doors?

Hey all,
I haven't pvped in a week or so, but I was pvping earlier today (around 11am CST) on Auriel's Bow, and we (Ebonheart) were getting beaten up by AD pretty good (but hey what's new, hard to fight all the euro/aussie enemies who take everything at night), but I digress.
They were sieging one of our keeps close to our scroll temple, and they had broken in through the first door. I was on the "ramparts" (basically I was on the wall) and saw enemies coming at me, so I ran for the upstairs postern door to the inner keep.
Of course it took a couple seconds to register my "E" to get inside, but I did make it in through the postern door, to inside the inner keep. I was at about 50% health, and all the sudden an enemy VR10 nightblade is there with me. He is "invisible"...(the dark colored see-through shadow type invisible, I think it is a skill?), and then proceeds to whoop my butt, killing me.
He then faces the postern door from the inside, and I minimize trying to get fraps open to record this/take a picture (I didn't know what the default ESO screenshot button was and was in a rush), but when I got back to the game, he had disappeared.
Now I laid there for a couple minutes panning around trying to see where he went, if he died, or was running around inside, but I never saw him.

So lets open this for discussion.
I think what happened was: He used that nightblade skill that "jumps" you to the enemy, and it just so happened that he used it right as I went through the door, thus causing him to "jump" through the postern door to the inside through pure accident?

Anyone else have instances of this happening to them (as in you accidently went through a door/wall) or had an enemy do it to you?

I have seen this caused by server lag
Youf client shows you inside and getting kicked by the enemy.
The other guy it shows you still on the OUTSIDE of the door and him killing you.
I saw this happen to a mate.
I was ON the wall and saw the enemy attack NOTHING on one side of the wall and my mate die on the inside.
Server lag = bad
