After all the games, all the videos, I still have to rank Wrath of the Lich King as my favorite. The setting, the music, the voice of his father giving the narrative. Just an excellent piece of work all the way around.
My next would have to be the DCUO opening cinematic.

I remember the mechwarrior 2 intro being so cool when I first saw it. I watched it over and over. It's pretty dated now and the graphics I once thought where sooo realistic look pretty bad
But..it's still neat.

MMORPG GAME: WoW, best cinematics.
GLOBAL GAME: The moment when Skyrim appeared as a trailer, that was OMFG.
SWTOR and EVE Online hands down.

The best trailer I have ever seen. It brought back all the memories and emotions I felt when I found out about Revan in KOTOR.

Warcraft III was the only game I ever stood in line to buy on release day (CE, of course). Still have the three figures unopened that were available in store on release day.

The SWTOR trailers already mentioned are still my favorites. They're more Star Wars than anything in the prequels, by far. A shame the game itself really didn't deliver, though it wasn't awful or anything.
Hellgate: London had an awesome opening as well. Again, a shame the game didn't live up to its potential (but it wasn't awful either, just suffered from a poor business model and esoteric gearing system).
Of the WoW cinematics (all of which are amazing), Cataclysm's still gives me chills, and perfectly showcases just how powerful Deathwing was... again, a shame the game itself didn't really convey that very well.
Honorable mention goes to FFXIV's opening cutscenes. Still pretty epic and, unlike those above, actually represent the game extremely well in many areas.

"Out of all games" - that would be way too much...
Focusing on MMO's I agree, the DCUO one is a nice candidate, even more so if you pair it with the Legends series, great writing.
I also like FC's work, the AoC intro is great (http://youtu.be/ExXF3EXwvyQ), and TSW's Men's Room trailer is maybe the most cool trailer out there

Damn, why this game didn't went the lotro or swtor route is beyond me.
When people say EvE ... they are talking about this trailer

And all three intros until after Tokyo, though you have to run and shoot a bit, thus they are technically no intro cinematics
FF14 do the best based on closest to game play. Though the game is now more of a grind whore to match the best of them, the graphics and even main storyline follow the trailer very closely.
EVE Online trailers and cinematic scenes rival any out there but they are nothing like the game, from formations to strategies. We have all seen the blobs and globs of fleets with ships facing a hundred different directions, with a hundred ships firing on one target and none of the motley combat seen in the trailers. The way you close in on an angular orbit in game and the ships in video will charge the enemy.
ESO trailers are the same. Glorious and beautiful to look at but the game is a whole other thing.
I give Wildstar cred for some of the most interesting trailers.
Black Desert for Oh shit, wow factor. I drool like a fool over these.
Non MMO StarCraft II cinematic and cutscenes are amazing and integrated nicely but it's an RTS. I've sat and watched the 55 some odd minutes of cutscene from that game several times but I have never played the game.
