What is the pirate life like in ArcheAge?

So i have always wondered how good / bad is the life for those who choose to become a full time Pirate in AA, since i have been following AA like way back in 2009, but i never really got any solid article regarding the life of the pirate, and i pretty much wanted to know the goods and bads as it will most likely be the role i will go for, and i am just not ready to spend that $150 to find out my self.

but if i can at least get a glance on how it will be, it would strongly boost my will to go for it with the founders pack

Ok maybe the questions i have are:

- Will you be able to explore the whole map in the game if you are a Pirate? ( i know that you might be hostile, thats fine, but are you restricted or not to visit those area? ) if yes, will it actually hinder you experience in the continent? ie: you will be insta killed upon sight when entering the main cities, etc, thus its impossible for you to see cities in main continent?

- I know that there is an island for Pirate, how huge it is compared to the main continent / area ? and how many are there?

- Will the quest for Pirate faction itself be enough for me to reach the end content leveling?

- How do pirate survive in AA? what is their main income / jobs? is it only totally raiding other player's ships and houses? is there even smuggling things going on? and is the market works for Pirate?

-Where do you roam about? mostly in the sea or lands?

-Lastly, for those who have become a full time Pirates, are you finding being a pirate in AA fun? and how how do you cope with the game content by being a pirate?
