    Apparently this still works, but it may cause you to get banned as for some reason Proxifier and WP running in the background is detected as a "bot software". So be careful

    No it isn't.  The people getting banned are doing so because they signed up for a RU account AFTER the IP Ban put in place by Mail.RU or they have their settings messed up and keep trying to connect.  I have been playing with every single version of these patch since day 1 and have not been banned while guildies left and right who don't use it, but signed up after the IP block put in place are getting banned for botting on a daily basis because they are trying to connect via VPN to the game.
