Any mmo/mmorpg game where you can own a house?

I'm sorry if this sounds confusing but i'm looking for a game that's currently popular based on players and where u can own a land or house or room, but at the same mmoprg? Like I'm looking for a game that's popular (lots of players daily) and where you can at least own a room/house which its not just based on battles only. the only games that are popular on that area, Star wars the old republic and WoW and LoL.

final fantasy 14 has housing, there are many players in the server too, and i think here are already many good answers in your last thread, haven't you checked there yet?

Anything else? It doesn't have to be a house, like just a place that you OWN or something.

i suggest you check out rift, the dimension system let you basically own a plot of land and customize it to your taste

Wakfu has housing of sorts.  It also has a haven bag system that you can sell out of.  It's a pretty unique system.

Wildstar looks like it has housing, and it's going to have an open beta May 8-18th so it might be worth checking out now if you are even at all interested.

Try Villagers and Heroes.   The game released not long ago, you can get it on Steam, but the game does have a lot of connection problems and zone loading loops which ends up in having a stuck character. They are looking in and patching the game up weekly to address the issue.   It's worth a look.

problem is, i'm looking for a game that's actually being played by lots of players at the same time has a housing system or something, it wouldn't be fun playing a game with housing yet there are not much players, I tried WoW but i don't like the idea of paying every month

When i played Rift a few months back my guild always had around 100 people on all the time maybe except late at night where it could drop to like 75 people. Alot of people are actually playing Rift.

Also as other people have mentioned, Archeage, Wildstar, Rift and FFXIV are probably your best bet at finding a game with housing and a high player population. If you dont like any of them, then you are pretty much out of luck.

Shadowbane-> build/own cities. On the live servers you could decorate the the buildings with furniture and paintings etc, I'm not sure if the emulators have that feature yet or not.
