Trying to log on... but getting an error saying "failed to obtain server connection information"

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

    Today is due day for subs, and their computers/programing have screwed up royally by denying the money banks and credit companies have authorized to be spent. A lot of people, I included, are having issues. Id call tech support, they gave me a 3 day pass while they fix it (hopefully)

    Any graphical, audio, or gameplay restrictions not seen in other mmos but found in FFXIV can be blamed on one thing.

    Seems strange ,,,as always you have a problem , most folks don't
