DDO Preview

I've noticed that the DDO preview starts up on Thursday. When they mean preview, do they mean we will be able to play online with other people? Or is it just like a movie or a quick single player campaigne? I'm sure whatever it is, will not be too "in depth"

    You get to play the full game as it is right now in beta. How much more in-depth can you get than that.

    I think this preview was again only for Fileplanet Subscribers though. Not sure, but don't get your hopes up.

    You do not have to be a fileplanet subscriber to download the preview. I am not a subscriber and downloaded the game. You do have to successfully navigate all the attempts by Fileplanet to make you a subscriber.

    File size was about 1.5Gig, btw.
