Voice overs? Why don't you HIRE them as consultants and make use of their talents. The gamer seriously needs some direction cause in it's current state I won't buy it and I've been in since alpha.
Voice overs? I mean... Why not ask a doctor to change the oil in your car as well.

I happen to think the game is more than just fun it has some of the most addictive combat since d2. things are constantly getting better (as is to be expected in any alpha/beta) Diablo 2 sold millions. i think if people give this a chance it could reach the same success.
just so there is no confusion. this is definately not Diablo 2, it is Dungeons and Dragons.
That being said. gary Gygax needs to work on his voice acting lol. it sounds a little out of place. maybe it will grow on me after a few more runs in Delera's Tomb.
This is not bad.
But...Turbines...did you understand it would reach the players far more to read those name at the DESIGN level than at the "acting" level?
However, I am pretty sure Gygax and Arneson would not have accept to see their names written in the design section without major revamp. (it could hurt the franchise overall if they put their name on bad choices for design(no solo, raiding, XP to names the trinity of the big flaws), which is why I think they would have refused, they must care for the good of their offspring)
I will try it...I can't resist the call. But I expect to feel that even the Xbox version of BG was more D&D oriented, I hope I am wrong.

Totally agree.
If someone offers to sell you the city manure pile because there is one gold coin in it. Is it still a deal?
