Will try to help here i hope it will fix some issue some of you guys are having. I dont play ESO but i am sure the fix i am giving you guys now will solve issue of lot's of players that have AMD cards and did not upgrade since february or march.
I know a week or so ago on another mmorpg we notice that those with AMD 14.1 drivers where getting lot's of issue's in-games in general but more specificaly on recent games. They where ask to upgrade to latest 14.4 and that fixed the issue's the players had.
issue players getting : Major FPS drops, lag, d/c, things not showing up on screen even with reload ui option used eg: quest markers or npc not showing up on screen to turn in the quest, and could go on and on.
So If you have a AMD card, you must uninstall ( important dont skip options here) uninstall the drivers 14.1 or lower then delete the AMD folder on c: drive. Then reboot and install new drivers 14.4.
-----> Again don't just upgrade the drivers uninstall everything first then delete that folder then reboot and install new drivers.
It fixed the issue of everyone with a AMD card and now the games are playing correctly. I hope this will help the ESO players that have some issue. I am very sure it won't fix everything for everyone but it can and will help some players that are still on the old drivers.
I was having a ton of fun with this game until this patch. I now lose quests, (my journal lost all but three quests, just poof, gone, and they are not retakable) rubber band both in lag terms and periodically just get sent back to the nearest wayshrine for no reason whatsoever. Just walking along, then boom, I get ported to a wayshrine.
Congratulations, Zeni, you just sold another copy of Wildstar.
We are not ignorants... i just used GTC`s but i`m trying to get a refund as this is... beyond bad.
I had no clue it will be so bad at launch AND only get worse after the first major patch....
Am I the only one getting a flashback to AoC?
Seriously though, the problem is probably Zenimax lack of MMO experience. They both tried to add lots of stuff and fix bugs + performance at the same time. That always fails.
They need to focus on fixing bugs and performance first, once the game runs as intended with few bugs they can start add new stuff. I don't care if it isn't the same people fixing the bugs and optimizing the engine that makes the new content, they can still save it for a huge patch later when everything is working as intended.
There is no incentive for companies to hire, or even use testers anymore. Most "gamers" are now willing to pay publishers to play unfinished versions of games (e.g. early access). Therefore, companies will only utilize what information they receive (if then) from those who are willing to pay money for an unfinished product. Until "gamers" stop paying for what was once basically beta testing, then players will continue to receive the quality of games they are getting.

I guess they have until June 3 to wow me.
Yeah the launch was good for me too. Either people are lying or maybe it's their computer, I don't know. But when I got 8 characters all over 40, one of which is VR12 (yay aoe grinding lol). I've only gotten 4, yes 4, bugs. One of which was across all my AD characters, but a simple relog fixed every single bug I found. And it seems the server rollback issue was fixed last night. All 4 bugs I've had have been fixed in the last patch...I guess it comes down to haters gonna hate. If you play ESO thinking it's Skyrim Online, you're going to be a hater. If you play it thinking it's an MMO, it's a great MMO. Not the best I've ever played but it's not the horrible launched, buggy, can't even log in or connect to patcher server, no skills work at all, buggity bug bug mess people are trying to make it out to be. Who knows what they're reasoning is, but I suppose it's either misunderstood expectations or "Some men just want to watch the world burn".
It's funny how it's always the same few screaming the sky is falling about eso. It's nice that 99% of the other haters have moved on and we are left with the dedicated few . I love your list btw!
Every single ones has a few key phrases. "Some people" "many people" "most people". Any chance you have some evidence of this? And also what is your definition or difference of "some" "many " and "most". Well enjoy your continued doom and gloom.
You will see all the problems listed + many more on the first pages with a lot of people saying the same thing.
So there you go... you have proof. What next?
Never reason with a fanboy. You can have all the proof in the world and they'll never budge an inch on their love for the game. Even in the face of reason and sense.
I think you are missing the point here. Noone is trying to say the bugs dont exist. We all know they do. What you fail to understand is that they only effect a very small number of people. For every person in this thread that says they had bugs, there are hundreds, if not thousands, who arent posting because they are playing a very bug free game.
You can drop all the hate, and call people fanbois all you want, but the truth is what it is. Many people, like myself, have gone through the entire game, even up to vet12 now, yes completing Craglorn content, and everything, without having any bugs. Im very sorry if you are one of those unlucky enough to have a bad experience, but its not going to stop the rest of us from playing. ZOS is doing just fine, and if they lose a small handful of players who are having trouble, it wont hurt their wallets at all. The thousands of paying players who are not having any of those bugs will continue to support them, and watch them crank out even more content.
Have fun in Wildstar. Im enjoying my bug free ESO.
There feels like a lot more crashes in pvp atm. Noticed some more group based errors. A few people were telling me some of the addons are related to a few of the crashes going on. When my guys stopped using most of our addons stability increased. There is a memory leak atm so you do need to restart every so often. Liking the difficulty boost to the pvp guards makes things a bit more interesting. Aside from that haven't experienced any of the other bugs you mentioned.
It's funny how it's always the same few screaming the sky is falling about eso. It's nice that 99% of the other haters have moved on and we are left with the dedicated few . I love your list btw!

I don't think you really understand very well how game development works. First of all, even if it is a very few people having trouble with bugs, that is still a issue and losing ANY customer is not good for business. 1 customer can easily turn to 10, 10 to 50 .. and those 50 to a 1,000. Why? Because all future potential customers maybe lost as well due to those unsatisfied customers.
You should care, because if it's a game you like to play .. it's important that they don't bleed subs. If they bleed subs, then eventually the game will go F2P or they will have to shut it down. I don't think anyone would be to happy about that. Keeping numbers up is important.
As for how many people who are actually having these issues compared to those who are not ... you have no proof. There is no actual data so you can't just make up a bunch of bullcrap numbers. Also . .just because a person is currently not having any issues with bugs .. doesn't mean they will not come across them at some point. So the amount experiencing these bugs can easily increase over time.
Anyone who thinks it's ok to lose subs no matter how small .. is not thinking about how it could effect the game in the long term. Especially to those who want the game to remain a sub based game and not switch to F2P. The less subs .. the more likely F2P begins to look like a great idea.
It's getting harder and harder to defend this game i can't even play tonight. Every time i join a group in craglorn i get dc after 2 min or so. If i can't group in craglorn whats the point.... I like this game but man... I can handle alot of bugs in game, its not something that bothers me alot, but when i can't play thats where i draw the line.
- VR mobs have 50%-100% more HP/Damage, all except the ones added by Craglorn, those are actually weaker compared to the old lower VR mobs....
- game is freezing up and crashing for a lot of people
- character appearance was changed for some
- a new loading screen bug prevents many from playing
- some get no experience for completed quests
- many things should have been fixed but are not
- templar is getting delays on its most used/one of the most used abilities
- memory leaks
- achievements are gone for 2 of the 3 factions
- new mount bugs
- an entire PvP campaign was deleted
- new UI bug makes it unresponsive
- skill points missing
So yea... they should really hire testers....
What really kills me is that I have yet to experience a single bug listed above excluding the PvP campaign and Templar issues. I have yet to create a Templar so there's why for that one and yes the lower VR mobs are hitting crazy hard now.
Now I'm not saying these bugs are BS. It just makes me shake my head because the only issues I've had were bugged quests (just experienced my 3rd bugged quest tonight), and before this patch I would have to toggle the mail button in combat because I would become unresponsive, but that hasn't happened at all since the patch for me.
Hiring testers wouldn't be such a bad idea especially since more and more people that are involved with testing aren't truly testing anything. They just want to get an early start or figure out where they need to go or what needs to be done so they can rush through the content once it goes live.
Are there bugs in this patch? Yes there are bugs but the OP makes it sound like the update is unplayable and a complete disaster. The sky is not falling folks. The OP may want you to believe it with posts like this:
"They have flying cheaters all over the place, even in PvP..."
And thousands of bots... no anti cheat mechanic, bugs galore...
The solo PvE part is decent unless you are unlucky with bugs but after you are done with that there is no reason to stay... 1/3 of my guild already unsubbed and most of the ones that stayed said on vent that its only until they get to VR10.
Besides, unless you have a speed hack yourself you can`t compete with the bots/cheaters... so why bother."
There are too many posts like this of just bashers, haters and plain out liars. The game has some issues but some people are just out to make sure the game dies a fiery death.
I have yet to expierance any of the bugs the OP has listed. Then again I had not expieranced many if not all of the bugs a few of the posters on this board would write about everyday for the past month. Not sure if alot of Mis-Information being spread on these boards that has gone un-moderated or perhaps people really are expierancing these issues from mods they have installed or poor performance from weak or outdated PC's.
Yeah game has become unplayable, so I played for over 10 hours today. The only bugs I ran into was -
1. My character went bald and his helmet wouldn't show. Not game breaking and at times it would come back (hair and helmet).
2. At times the loading screen going into dungeons would keep loading (would have to close it and log back in) nothing lost and not game breaking. This was caused from them putting full screen into game, switch it to window full screen like it was it will fix issue. Even thou once in about a 2 hour span of playing after going to window full screen I may see a loading screen just from walking or riding in towns and it would last about 1 second. Not game breaking and only happened twice.
No other bugs found but not saying others aren't having other issues.
It's funny how it's always the same few screaming the sky is falling about eso. It's nice that 99% of the other haters have moved on and we are left with the dedicated few . I love your list btw!

There are two forums FULL of people who are complaining about all of the bugs that just rolled out with this last patch making the game unplayable. I can see being someone who enjoys the game and wants it to make it in every way shape and form possible but don't be a fanboy.... Call Zenimax out when they make HUGE mistakes like this so that they don't continue to roll things out prematurely and hurt the game that people pay for.... I have now unsubbed and will not resub until they decide to focus on things that the REALLY need to focus on and fix issues that are the most important. I actually loved many things about this game but enough is enough, fix the things that need fixing the most and stop rushing things out or this game WILL die out very fast.
In the meantime I went ahead and got into a game that is much more polished and has far more features, it may even keep me here indefinitely if the end game PvP is as fun as I suspect it will be... Hello ArcheAge
I needed a fresh download of 22 gigabyte and a 4 gigabyte patch before i could even start the game. 4 hours later..... Loged in and was met with a infinite loading screen 4 times in a row 30 minutes later
Finaly in Cyrodiil ! freeze - freeze - freeze - freeze - crash - uninstalled totaly done with this failure of a mmo. Forums are on fire ! Hope people unsub and let this mmo die with the rest of the mmo failures that dint made it.
Only people still playing after this month are the fanboys / the ignorant / and a few people that still might have a little hope the next patch will fix it.
What a mess this mmo is
You forgot the gamers that do not encounter all those issue's you seem to encounter who might still be playing and enjoying the game.
So no this MMO is NOT a mess, your experiance might be with the game, mine is not.
If this MMO was indeed as bad as you pretend it is I and no one else would still be playing.
And even at the ingame banks I see allot more people then the few complaining here on the forums.
Oh I had the re-install option also in BETA, luckely I didn't re-download the game but just started the game with the orginal ESO.exe skipping the launcher. Had to do this a few times. After that launcher worked fine.
For my complaints earlier in this thread, they are all pretty much cleaned up. I had a screwed up night after a bad patch, but smooth sailing now. So I don't have to try Wildstar yet
maybe they need to open up the PTS instead of having it closed with invites... all the people in it just spend all their time in live game bragging they have PTS access n shit like this happens.
I really wish I was omnipresent like the OP. That way I would have experienced all the post patch bugs on the same day the patch came out.
That's right, we are expected to believe that on the same day the patch came out he experienced every one of the bugs on his list.
Or has he just looked at some forums and cut and pasted what some posters have been saying? I have been playing since the patch too and not seen one of the bugs he mentioned. Would the OP care to tell us which of those bugs he has actually bumped I into himself?
The net sum of every bug every player has ever experienced in a MMO is Not equal to the number bugs an individual player sees. Some posters on here need to get their head round that Rocket Science concept.

yes except this
- an entire PvP campaign was deleted
this is not bug.. i think game need delete more champagins.. maybe 2 or 3 more to make other full
Why should ZOS do that when they have quite a few paying to do it.
1- Release broken buggy content
2- Have paying subscribers test it for you
