"Curb" doesn't mean "completely remove". EVE reported around 80% reduction with their Plex system, I know you are trying to grasp at anything you can, to try and bring the game down, but nobody ever claimed complete removal.

Been trying to log in on Hazak EU allll day. No success. Made a character on Ravenous just to wait for the storm to pass. Made a few toons, haven't seen one single gold spam. Game was laggy at the beginning of the day, seems to be better now. All in all, except the flood in Hazak, it was a good launch.

Those gold farmers are smarter now apparently. Cloaking for the majority like myself from ever seeing them in the game to shout, and those they do target getting thrown out if they attempt a report! Those sneaky stalkers, never thought they developed the ability to be there yet not be in site and strike those they do advertise to down!
Been on Avatus the past 16 hours and havent seen any gold spammers. Only bug I've come across is trying to get the boom box's. By far the most stable launch if you forgive them for getting DDOS'd right when servers opened.

Guys, check my history... Want W* to be a success... BUT, alas the same thing happened to me. Made a toon on Stormtalon last night; 4 hour Q to get in this morning; made a toon on a lower pop server (thunderfoot) and BOOM! Gold spammer goin nuts. I reported and got insta booted. Gaf's said they're on it, then fine; get'em Gaf! Don't dismiss the OP, bottom feeders are out and try'n to stir it up.
Part of me would rather think our spammer enemies are getting clever rather than it being some run of the mill bug. It will make their inevitable demise all the sweeter. Sadly, CREDD isn't the solution. Better security, tracking and liberal use of the ban hammer on buyers as well as sellers is.
I haven't seen a storm of "I've been hacked!" posts yet, so hopefully the authentication is helping with the security bit.
I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy, accompanied by an educational system which would be oriented toward social goals.

10 hours on Eko EU and yet to see a gold spammer. In fact, i haven't seen any lame names either except from one warrior named Unicef.

OP, if you get CTD every time you report one, you must not have seen many considering it takes about 4 hours to get back in due to the queue.

Hmm been on since last nights launch on StormTalon and have not seen a single gold spammer message,OP SS or it didnt happen,ESO is =>
Iv been on Mirkos since 5am and haven't seen a single gold spammer yet. In any event, they just took down the server to apply a hotfix.
Love that mentality... we got the same crap in ESO... didn't happen to me so it didn't happen.... see where ESO is now ?

1) If you're hacked because you don't have an authenticator.. it's your own fault. Game provided access to one.
2) Been on Evindra and I haven't seen ANY spam. Trying to get into Stormtalon for my guild but that's just a uphill battle. (that I'm losing)
