You're absolutely right, it has a little but of everything that has already been done before. I was thrilled to see how linear it felt, those pull you on the chain quests with markers are just so much fun where I don't have to think at all, I love a throw back to the wall of text questing that most people wont read, and the explorer path is such a joy when I'm looking for anything but true exploration in any sense of the word. Even more exciting is the telegraph system, especially the Zerg fests where all see are circles everywhere.

Been very long since the last time I played a game for 9 hours with delight
Everything just look new to me and make me curious with what i can found there and there is a ton of feature that i really can't wait to see and explore on the end game while i enjoy my journey to there
So yeah, this game pretty much work for me

Hey Tibbs, not sure if anyone answered this for you already because I don't want to read them all. But the add-on error you get isn't from actual outside add-ons you install yourself. The entire UI of Wildstar is a series of add-ons. Back in beta there was a menu in the options that showed you every part of the UI and how much memory it was using, etc.
The UI was constantly breaking and causing issues and would always have that stupid ADDON ERROR screen pop up and reloading the UI would fix it. I'm not sure why Carbine thought it was a good idea to have the entire UI be little add-ons but they did.

I effing love their crazy-ass telegraph system. Some of me get so crazy complicated its like a Digital Disco Dance Floor...that will kill you! Just dodging away from a mod will get you killed half the time...you have to dodge to a specific point, or sidestep, or jump back and roll right. It's just awesome.
i have read quite a few posts around, decrying Wildstar as too much like WoW. I agree in so far as it has a lot of the best parts of WoW, and maybe a few other games. However, Wildstar ghas so many little unique gameplay features that just make it that much more fun to play. Multi-stage skills, double jump, the simple fact that you have a communicator to call back to a quest giver when the quest is complete...unless you have to bring something back, super bouncy mushrooms...talk about random. So far, it's just fun.
for me, the art style is a bonus. I love cartoon graphics when they are well done. This is like concept art..nice. Only gripe thus far, and I haven't been to many places yet so this may change, but the two areas that I have been to aren't very different, art-wise. For example, whe. You were in the Night Elf starter region in WoW, I had a very tree-hugged look to it. Then you cross the water to the next place and the sun is always black, but shining...each area had a very different look and feel, which really helped make exploring more fun. I am hoping I see some of that here.

I don't know if this help , but try /reloadui . For me it works when I don't see my quests track on the right after I was in an instance or something.
But if you say that you have addon error, as TheHavok said, you might have an addon or two, where at some point it's just causing memory leak. By reloading the ui ( it will also reload the addons ) , maybe it will "clean" the addon memory and your client will be as new

My wife and I found a Alison Wonderland easter egg. Eat some mushrooms and shrunk down to get in a small cave. Was very trippy inside and even got some sweet loot for it.

Naaa Im only level 9, there is 2 starting areas. When you go to leave the starting area ship you see on your quest just before you take the shuttle down, you have the option to go to the other starting area if you read it. I liked it better in beta testing so its where we went to level.
