Still trying to figure alot of different things out, still feeling very lost for the most part. I know that i will have to go back and fill in alot of the holes once i get to max level. But all in all still plodding along.
Just got into Wintervale. Did a lot of PvP, adventures. Tried the dungeon but that thing requires solid team work, will be hard for PUGs. Quests are ok, not very excited about them. Spent a lot of time on commodity market, made well over 500g just from buying and reselling stuff.
What? 500g? C'mon!!! What exactly did you buy and resell?

Basic minerals mostly, a lot of times you can pick up things like Titanium or Platinum off the market for the price below which it sells to vendor, but that is not where the real money are. Commodity market is pretty much identical to the way stock market works. You can drive the price up or down by buying off or selling off any item. A lot of time you can make a profit just by buying lets say a gun and instantly re-listing it 25% profit, if the price is right it all works out.
I have been doing this kind of stuff in Eve Online for years. Compared to that cheating people out of their money here is cake :-)

If you dont like the dungeon and dungeons bosses you wont like the raids. Dont try them all, learn one and when you have go to the next one. They are not super hard but they are not tank and spank.
yeah, pretty much. just hit 50 in 2 days 15hours 30 minutes.
i've played to 50 in CBT, so i knew almost all the quests and yeah, we formed leveling groups, like 2-3 and just went apeshit since release. i slept 4 hours on saturday and 4 hours on sunday, though we had madmen who actually went for 48 hours straight.
Kinda wanted to get to max until monday, so i would be able to obtain my genesis key a week earlier, but that didnt work out :P

Jeremy - question for you. Although I am sure you get asked that 50000 times over past 4 days. Are you guys going to do something to resolve queue problem? Wait for 2 hours every evening to get into the game getting really old really fast.
Two of my friends were very close to just asking for refund and try game a month later. Also asking people to go to other server only works for people who are not playing with guild/friends.

I do miss this kind of play sometimes. I remember when one of the EQ2 expansions hit with 10 new levels and our raid leader gave everyone a week to level and I took the week off from work. We had 3-4 constant groups running non stop 24X7 to level people up and run the dungeons to get the gear needed to start working on raid progression while also leveling our guild to get the new guild hall items.
Between getting myself geared and to cap and helping the others in the guild I didn't sleep much that week but it was a very enjoyable experience.
Playing a MMO for the end game is a very different thing from playing it for the leveling experience. I"m not sure I'm at a point in my life where I can do that anymore but I can still appreciate the desire.

I can totally feel you, it is a lot of fun, but at some point its just not possible anymore. im glad i had the time to participate in this in wildstar and i had a great time with my guild. Wildstar feels to be a game that begins with endgame, because the leveling experience can get quite boring at later stages. though if you enjoy the story, you will enjoy that. Best part for me was our 24h livestream with one hour of hype-talk before headstart. So much positive energy and enjoyment with a few people on teamspeak talking about a lot of stuff.
However, i guess i wont be able to do it again in the future, as i'm starting to work while still being in college, but yeah it was lovely and i will keep it as a positive memory :P
Enjoying it so far. Will probably end up rolling 3 alts (1 more Dominion, and 2 Exile) so I can experience all the paths and both sides of the story. Really like the "saturday morning cartoon" aesthetics as well. It's pleasing on the eyes IMHO. Probably should be heading to bed about now, but here I am, posting here while waiting in queue (Wait Time ~47 minutes :P ).
Just got to lvl 29 on my warrior , with all the new amps and ability im wrecking ppl in BGs . Wasnt sure if i made the right choice at low lvl but now im happy

Good, very good to hear that
Level 25 now and as Philss says, I am about to get serious cupcake .
Also, I just LOVE Whitevale. Man, the atmosphere, the music, the NPC's animation, damn!!! The town is awesome.
Did my first quests under-water. Was pretty great! I didn't actually knew that WS have under-water zones/quests. I like it! Hope to see more under-water content. Fits perfectly with the whole game.
Aaaaaand, did someone said...Contested Zone? Yes! Whitevale is a contested zone cupcake. So prepare yourself when you come to this map. It was very late, about 4 AM , and bum, 2 dominion scums running on my land. Put the sword on them .. but in the end, I was the one running to a safe place But was freaking awesome!!! I love open world PvP.
Can't wait to spank some dominion asses while I quest ( ... or vice-versa ) .
Reporter: What's behind Blizzard success, and how do you make your gamers happy? Blizzard Boss: Making gamers happy is not my concern, making money.. yes!
So .. after 1 week of playing , I managed to get to 50. 51 actually ( 30 on my Warrior and 21 on my Spellsinger )
I was kinda undecided as to which char to level up first to 50, but in the past few days, looking up at the Warrior AMP's ( no more dash for the win ), I think it will do very well in Elder game ( PvP and Tanking ) .
So I will keep playing Warrior.
Anyway , do any of you know at what level is the next dungeon?
Also, how the fuck do you win in the MOBA Adventure? Man , they keep sending mobs and NPC champion's and taking our flags like crazy ! So any tips will be appreciate it!
