I'm in the mood for a turn-based RPG I can really relax with. Something that's a throwback to the 80's and 90's. Is there anything on Steam that might work for me?
Thanks!

You can try the King's Bounty franchise. They are even launching an MMO version.
Divinity: Original Sin
FINAL FANTASY III
The Banner Saga
South Park™: The Stick of Truth
Transistor
FINAL FANTASY VII
Child of Light
All good picks. I would also add:
Aarklash Legacy: Not turn based, but real time with pause. Requires a ton of planning and coordination though, and honestly you spend so much time paused it may as well be turn based.
Blackguards: Really good turn based combat in The Dark Eye universe. Story is okay, but the game's focus is on the combat, and it's some of the best you'll find.
Wasteland 2: Been playing it in very small chunks since it hit early access, and so far it's every bit the true successor to Fallout some of us old farts have been waiting for. Though I will admit New Vegas was fairly good. The price will most likely drop after release as well; the only reason they're charging $60 is because that was the minimum amount KS backers had to pay for early access. I know, a company with a sense of fair play? Blasphemy of blasphemies!
AN' DERE AIN'T NO SUCH FING AS ENUFF DAKKA, YA GROT! Enuff'z more than ya got an' less than too much an' there ain't no such fing as too much dakka. Say dere is, and me Squiggoff'z eatin' tonight!
We are born of the blood. Made men by the blood. Undone by the blood. Our eyes are yet to open. FEAR THE OLD BLOOD.

An utter brilliant throwback to the goldbox games

is the early access for wasteland the full game?
Divinity: Original Sin is looking quite promising. Will be released at the end of the month.
Another great modern old-school RPG I enjoyed was Legend of Grimrock. It's not turn-based though. Well, it's more like a dungeon crawler really, like the old Eye of the Beholder / Ishar / Lands of Lore games.
Civilization V the series has been around a long time
Xcom Enemy Unknowns another good one and throw in the expansion for more fun
south park stick of truth
Shadowrun Returns.
Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes.
I'm playing Might and Magic X and really enjoying it. It's a nice change of pace from the rush, rush, rush of todays MMO.

The Age of Decadence looks good, currently in Early Access.
Jagged Alliance: Flashback also in early access.
