I know you folks are still processing but I wanted to ask just in case: If by accident a persons request were to fall through the cracks would we contact info 66 or is there another email account to contact?
Edit: Also a crazy thought that literally just crossed my mind... is there a method for donating to HE directly regardless of args?
If you suspect something might have been overlooked, I'd recommend sending an email to support@division-66.com - I'm sure they'd be more than happy to look into it for you.
As for donating directly to Human Equation; I wouldn't know - but I can imagine it could be arranged. Although, I'd imagine if you want the fund to go directly towards their ARGs, you'd need to either arrange that specifically, or better yet, wait for the oppertunity to do so directly, as your donation might otherwise find its way into other non-ARG projects of Human Equation's - which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something worth noting if you're set on donating towards their ARG project.
Got to say, the fact that the 'Thank you' was only communicated via this forum and this thread specifically and wasn't communicated to those who pledged through any other means so they wouldn't know it was being offered is a bit of a piss take really.
Also any idea how long it will take for the pledge refunds? It's been just over a week now and still waiting......
While no e-mails were sent out, the "Thank you" was also communicated through the TSW forums, as well as through IRC.
They could, of course, quite easily had sent out emails, but from what I understood, the codes were limited to begin with, and I reckon they wanted to thank those who - for lack of a better term - were more active within the community of the game first and foremost. Thus explaining why the notice was primarily focused on the "official" forums of the games, as well as the major hub from which other supporters came from, vis-à-vis players coming from The Secret World.
Either way, as mentioned above, it is not entirely outside the realm of plausibility that they have a few codes left, so I'd suggest you try sending them a mail and check - couldn't hurt.
