LF MMO FPS

Yes,  I know.

Hundreds of posts like these, but I am willing to find what the community actually plays and love.

 

I am looking for an mmofps. Online FPS with stats, levels etc...

 

I think I've played just about all of them, but one of my favorite was AVA.

Sadly, it is filled *FILLED* with hackers. Last time I played (2months ago) it was still it.

 

Is there an MMOFPS out there like AVA which is not filled with hackers?

    Planetside 2 is pretty much the only real choice in my opinion when it comes to MMOFPS.

    I really like it, but once you reach level 100, what is there to level or do? What's the progression?

    wouldn't that require it actually being an FPS? It's more of a sloppy third person shooter.

    Boardlands2 and FireFall are the mmofps games i play i have Defiance but have not played it much.

    Most MMOFPS is going to get repetitive and hit a wall at a certain point... it is the unfortunate nature of the style.

    Apparently Destiny is going to be God's gift to the MMOFPS world.

    CS:GO is the only mmofps can hold my interest other than Destiny. It is a cheap game with a huge playerbase and with a great company. And it is the only fps out there with a real esport feeling... It has a very good progression with an elo system. You should try it if you didn't till now. I can easily say that it is the best multiplayer fps out there right now.

    I am not much of a fps gamer, but destiny looks like the real deal to me(I am in alpha and enjoying it). I look forward to playing it when released. I am slowly moving away from mmos because i do not think the grinding wheel is for me, sadly.

    It is a multiplayer fps like Cod or BF. Op said he is looking for an mmofps but at the same time he is saying that he is looking something like AvA. So actually he is looking for a multiplayer fps. Something like this :

    Your level is just a measure of how long you've been playing, it earns you titles but doesn't actually affect anything. Getting XP gets you certs, and you use certs to buy yourself new weapons, upgrades, ect. And there are a lot of things to buy.

    I'd recommend it overall, but do be aware that you'll need a pretty recent pc to run it well. It's not as bad as it used to be where you absolutely needed a high-end pc to break 60fps, but an older machine probably won't handle the game very well.

    If you decide to try it, I'm on the Mattherson server and I can answer questions for you if you want.

    The Division and Destiny are the real deal. The division confirmed for PC, while Destiny is PS4 exclusive as of now.
