Already out and playing. Of course I live in SE Asia but I know a few in the US who have used tunneling and other tools to play. There is an English version available which is what I use.
However while graphics look cool its very limited around just that. The system is very complicated but at the same time limiting. Everything is instanced and generally very small. You work off the main base, transport to a ship that transfers you to X quest location. No real exploring but a very defined path you can't deviate from.
Only thing cool looking is the graphics, gameplay sucks, questing is a bore, and exploration consists of trying to figure out how to do that thing the tutorial tip just said that was hard to understand.
Disagree wit hit being 'boring' I find the gameplay to be fun... that said the game is already getting aged and its has still yet to grace America due to Sega being pretty much the stereotypical ignorant Japanese company not realize when their games are enjoyed by another audience. The longer its taking to come out, the more and more dated they are making their own game. I honestly was hyped a lot for the game but considering they have foolishly not bothered with a version for its West, it ruins the chances even I will bother to play it despite having some enjoyment with the Japanese version.
At this point its pretty much dug a deep grave with little chance of coming out. It likely would make profits, but Sega has shown its sheer ignorance and won't even try for that potential cash likely until its far to late.

I think this thread discusses some of the issues.

Don't wait around for it for sure.
