in Final Fantasy XIV
So I reached level 50 with my Dragoon. WTF is ATMA and what does it do. Can somebody explain in great detail what it is and what I have to do for it.

    The Atma is the 100 ilevel progression for your zenith relic weapon.  You have to collect 12 (expect this to take many days) atma pieces from Fates.   The madness continues after that as well.
