Hello.
I'm bored and i need a game to play to Archeage be launched. My first option was FFXIV but i dont know how well is the game going, especially in the European servers.
Is it easy to pick up group to make instance and other task? this is my main concern.
Thanks and any advice will be great.

Yup there is a group finder. Average wait time for DPS is about 5-10 minutes for the lowbie dungeons. It gets better the closer you get to cap.
oh and for server population check http://xivsoul.com/
You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.
when you look at a server to pick, try for a newer and full server so your chances of playing with newer people is higher. Also dont use that site for accurate numbers, it cant ever really show you how many players actually play, it just shows how many characters and what they are/do. I stopped playing a couple months ago and noticed on my server that the lower areas were starting to thin out and low end dungeons (more so before the roulette system) were taking a while to get in. Part of the problem is that it doesnt take long to hit cap and the endgame is not exactly encouraging people to level and main multiple jobs even though its sort of one of the big features.
If you can try off the bat to grab a large grand company and ask people to que up with you. The story is solo only pretty much so you wont have to worry about needing people (though its a shame you cant bring people in the first place) If worst comes to wrst you will have plenty of quests for your first 50 and spamming FATEs is a pretty common way to get lots of EXP quick.
This isn't anywhere near complete though because it hasn't finished gathering data. The game has about 8 million characters. In reality, Balmung and Gilgamesh are way way higher up on the population list.
Cactuar feels like it is always full. Even at low levels.
I've played FFXIV since last year. Stopped in the middle played ESO, then I stopped. Played Wildstar, then I stopped. I dont know what, but it feels like, there's something off with those two, there's something lacking. In the end, I back again in FFXIV catching my progress that way behind with my other fc mates. I realized this game is a gem, despite its ridiculous grind.
The hell im still on my atma weapon, and to upgrade it i need 13500 tomes which verrry grindy I tell you, maybe will take me a month. But I think, this kind of grind is what makes our weapon worth it. Instead of just being handed to the players.
