I havent played SoG for 2 weeks... so I dont know what happened and what are the news? so can anyone tell me the news? ::::24::

    Try going over to the official DnL forums. Same old stuff though. they still have not came up with any miracle patches.

    yeah it suxss ::::07:: there is nothing neww in game!!! and nothing to do in game!!! just grinding and exploring... and I didnt like the transportation in game... its very hard go anywhere and it takes alot of time. SWG was great I think it WAS the best mmorpg but now it suxs... f**k the SOE!!!

    After reading the article about DnL it seems like the game is still supposedly on track for an April release date,lol..I cant understand how when there is absolutely no new information concerning DNL..I checked a month ago,then checked today and it seems nothing new is going on,hmmm.. Supposedly the free game u people are playing is just an unfinished portion of the real world of DnL.. Then why would the devs allow ppl to play a retarded version of the real thing and not expect ppl to complain? Why not allow these ppl to test the real game? hmmm.. Sounds weird to me

    SoG is up and running about a month now, but there have been no substantial improvements. Only thing to note was the big ( overall about 1 GB ) patch, that was distributed in an extremely amateurish manner. Amateurish even by NPCube standards.

    Other than that, nothing has changed.

    There are still substantial database issues ( "permabugged" characters )
    Performance and stability are nowhere to be seen
    GUI and combat system are prehistoric
    balance ? what balance ?
    crafting, social and exploration xp ? look elsewhere

    On thing of note though, there appearantly is an official post in the French section stating the beta is suspended for the time being. So much for the fanbois claiming there was the super duper secret almost completed version ready to be unleashed.

    and in the last interview here on mmorpg.COM they say they are still on target for the april launch. hehehehehehehehe

    I don't speak French and didn't see the post myself, that's why i wrote "appearantly". I read an English post referring to that one only, but seems to be deleted by now. If you speak French, you could try to find the original. Of course it could have been a hoax, but seeing the traffic on that board and the track record of NPCube, that seems unlikely.

    lol why do you suspend a beta?

    only real reason to suspend a beta is because theres  no work being done on a project anymore.

    yeh lol

    love how they say "suspended" when a poster here stated the beta was "terminated" and the testers would need to reapply when it comes back up. Yet they are trying to enforce a NDA on a terminated project and opened it up for open beta but there is still an NDA.

    My only guess is they dont wish ppl to confirm that the "dnl beta" is the same as SOG.
