My favorite part was her catchphrase "Die, die die. Die die die!" Listening to Tara Strong do that bit - and to still see people quoting it today in game - is wonderful
One of my favorite parts of LS1 was Clockwork Chaos and the Marionette, I had tons of fun fighting that boss, the cinematic post-mortem was amazing..!! Its really that kind of boss fight that make the game special..!! Keep it real !!
My favorite part was also the final video. The imagery of the fallen Scarlet, a villain that I really wanted to eventually see refined and saved. Driven so far beyond the line by desire. It was a huge closing point to a great story, followed by the final shot of the opening of the eye of an elder dragon and the thought that things will get worse before they get better.
As cool as it would be to win this T-shirt, from which I totally would be sporting it in a Gamestop, I have questionable experience with MMORPG.com "giveaways" in the past. There's this giveaway here http://www.mmorpg.com/gamelist.cfm/game/632/view/news/page/3/read/31009/WildStar-Rowsdower-Plushie-Giveaway-Part-Deux.html where I'd apparently won. However after sending 2 PM's, 2 emails, and 1 "Contact Us" support ticket, I've gotten exactly zer0 responses from MMORPG at all, nor have I received any prize I've 'won' nearly 2 months ago. So any hopes of winning an actual prize from this particular content is on the same with winning a lottery ticket...
The kiss between Majory and Kasmeer. Never thought I'd ever see a triple AAA company with the guts to put a controversial topic at the forefront of its story but it was wonderful.
MY favorite part of the story arc was the last update actually - a map of folks working together to take out 3 mini-bosses in different locations, and then converging onto the drill to take on the last boss right before scarlet's defeat. The fight was well designed, and it was a pretty solid closure to the arc.

The world art. When I get distracted in a fight by aspects of the art and backgrounds, I credit my demise to the talent of the artists and art designers. They got me a couple of times in the Scarlet Briar arc. Go Artists!

My favorite part of season 1 was seeing the giant clockwork creatures for the first time in clockwork chaos. Seeing the giant mechanical monsters looming overhead while I was dodging fireballs being fired at me and having all of my co-heros fighting beside me was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the sound effects that they used. This was a great chapter of the living world.

The after effects of the Destruction of Lionarch. I think it was an interesting choice to destroy a major city.
