Will there be a male summoner?

in Black Desert Online

Just curious I can't really play female characters like other people do it just bothers me that im playing a female character.. So im curious have they said anything about adding a male tamer or they are just making only female? because im pretty sure they said they are gonna be both genders but different skills and playstyle.

 

Don't get me wrong even if they keep the gender lock I will still play summoner since the game is so amazing.

    Male summoner or male tamer?

     

    The male version of summoner is called the Wizard.

    The tamer has no male counterpart, just like the Giant and Blader do not have female counterparts.

    They already said they aren't keeping the gender lock by making equivalent classes for both races - even if they aren't called the same thing.

    Sorry guys I didn't understand at all ...

    Beastmaster Giant that can transform itself in a wolf cannot be the same as a tamer(that is more like a summoner ) ...Theese are 2 really differt class...

    My question is : will be possible to play a REAL summoner class as a male character ?

    Giant currently has no counterpart.

    Blader currently has no counterpart.

    Tamer currently has no counterpart.

    Valkyrie is the female counterpart to Warrior.

    Sorceress is the female counterpart to Wizard.

    Rangers can be both male or female (however it is unknown if they have decided to change this).

    They've stated that each class will have a counterpart to counter gender-locking so we can expect to eventually see 3 more classes. Yes is the answer to your question, just not yet. Personally I'd like to a see a Necromancer as the Tamer counterpart.
