Looking for an old FPS game on the PC

It came out around 2002 and wasn't released on consoles. You were part of this anti-resistance like force that were against this very stereotypical evil corporation, and you fought their army. It had a little futuristic vibe to it if I remember correctly. It's a pretty unknown and forgotten game and didn't fare too well review-wise either.
