does anyone have any good suggestions for a action mmo... i played wow,rift,tera,eq2 alot of others and am bored as hell..any fun time sink games would be greatly appreciated,,ty in advance..btw happy 4th all

    spvp in GW2, lots of action never anytime to stand still.

    You could give FFXIV:ARR a try. The skills are on a 2.5 sec GCD, but Pugilist and Lancer require positioning and chaining skills to pull off the best DPS for their attacks.

    sorry all thought i put it in general discussion..ty all for the feedback..i'll try gw2 again and see whats up..on a diff note is eso any fun? havent tried that one..thanks again and sorry again

    try a moba or a shooter they are allways constant action.

    Smite is a free moba that is pretty fun and the controls are like mmo. its third person with skill shots no clicky clicky like other mobas.

    I have been playing Defiance for the last week. Its fun in small bursts. i just run and around and kill stuff.

    FFXIV is not an Action mmo.

    If you haven't tried ESO.  It's worth a shot.  I enjoy it casually.

    Thinking out of the box Titanfall? 

    Not a massive multi-player game but it is a multi-player game (unlike a lot of single player orientated mmos!)

    I resubbed not long ago and tried it out again and it felt great to be back.

    Then when I found that I was not running into any PvP whatsoever, except for sh**ty half @$sed seiges that took place in the small period of time... I realized that most people have left the game for good.

    I loved the game but it's just not the same. While it had some pretty neat changes recently I would expect this game to follow the same fate that darkfall 1 did.

    The only mmo worth playing today is EvE Online. The genre is slowly dying.

    If you're that bored, I'd recommend taking in some fresh mechanics.  Try some things like World of Tanks, War Thunder, Planetside 2, Warframe, Defiance to get some new flavor to your gaming.

    Have a go at Neverwinter, the action combat is pretty good. They are adjusting some classes for Module 4, coming out August 14th which is causing the usual forum eruptions. But of course, if you are just coming into the game then there's no class history for you.

    A quick word of warning - it's Cryptic. The cash shop and subsequent auction house prices for top items are sky high.

    But I've never spent a penny (cent/dime) in it and still have a good geared (not the best) main character which I dive into now and again for some end game content.
