Anyone else get randomly billed for a Founders Pack?

Anyone else find an unsolicited charge from Trion today?  While i was sleeping my account was billed for $149.99 for the Highest level founder pack.  No history of the transaction occuring on the trion account management site and nothing in steam either.  I did view the contents of the pack via the steam app but never put it in my cart or purchased it.  Just curious if i am lucky or if others have been hit by this as well.

Very odd and hard to believe. I guess you did press the PURCHASE button accidentally or something. Add to that that Steam charges you automatically without any redirecting to PayPal/CC site and you have your answer there.

Yes, Steam now even charges your PayPal account DIRECTLY if they have your data on file. PayPal DOES NOT check if you did give Steam authorisation to charge you for the purchase or if you have setup a 'direct debit' for your PayPal account. I have removed all my payment data from Steam now and will most likely no longer buy from them but from cheaper 3rd pary sites like GMG and G2A.

    RIFT founders pack, or ArcheAge?

When I purchased the AA Founders pack somehow they reactivated my monthly sub to RIFT which i got them to reverse later on.

I am not sure what version of Steam YOU are using, but the one I am using I still have to put in a security pin each time I purchase something with my CC...
