How do i get Ragnarok? without paying, because my friend got it. someone help?

    You can't get Ragnarok without paying. Ragnarok Online is a p2p game. You have to pay the monthly fee to play it. Your friend is using a private server which is against the law and MMORPG.com rules. Please do not ask how to do so again.

    I just have a question about these "Free Servers". I though you could download the client from every RO site? Am im wrong?

    And I though that the servers are running with their own client right? and thier own updates etc.? Am im wrong?

    according to laws, the servers are not illegal. since they are using thiers own client, doing thier own patches etc.

    Just because i said this doesn´t mean i support free servers, I don´t. Im just saying you should might not report them too fast.

    To bad that there is ppl whom are using GRAVITYS products without paying a fee. Those who supports Gravity please pay your fees and dont join these "free servers"

    The game is offered for download for free only if they agree to a user agreement to only play on officialy servers. The software people use to run the game arent free to download; and no private server uses that software anymore. There is 1 thing however they steal by making a private server that isn't given for free. Data Tables. Most private servers jack this straight from the source and passed it around so many times they don't know its still apart of Gravities intellectual properties. Thats how these servers are illegal.

    There is one official free to play server Its Oceana RO's Sakray Client. The lag is terrible however since it is based in Australia.

    Yeah you can get it 'free',but then the game sucks...

    Personally I think yous should pay for every MMORPG.

    and private servers should be... destroyed, hunted down.

     

    But yeah private servers, though they don't have all the features that are in RO, except for those private server thing, though that really, really,... REALLY sucks.

    actually, Private servers are WAY ahead of iro and euro and whatelse. they already had updates 3 or 4 months before Iro even heard of them.

    errr maybe a year ago. But the only updates they have passed iRO now are excessively bugged and almost unplayable. I checked into the matter. They got Taekwon by Taekwon doesnt really work. Not sure about Humunculi since I havent seen any with a working Humunculus system when I checked a month or two ago. Most have the same version as iRO right now, or worse.
