Retribution Cora Guild

on behalf of my guild leader Malrec

A guild is nothing more than the people inside it. With that in mind, I want the best people to join Retribution. We’re looking for team oriented players who are dedicated and mature. Semi-casual or hardcore are both welcome. If your semi-casual, just make sure that the time you can put in game is well spent. We're looking for people who can put in at least 20 hours, 20 hours will be mandatory if you want to be an officer.

I think the journey is more important than the destination when it comes to running a guild.  What’s the point of being mighty if your not having any fun? If being mighty is the only thing that you find fun, then what’s the point of being in a guild? Your not truly mighty if you need to rely on others.

Having said that though, we're going to be extremely ambitious. I want my guild to be well known and powerful. I'm just not willing to suffer the company of griefers or idiots. I'm also not willing to inflict those types on my guildmates. We have a code of conduct and I'll expect people to stick to it. The code will evolve and change as we play but the spirit will not.

I’m currently playing the Chinese open beta with my girlfriend who will be one of the guilds top officers. I’m not playing very seriously as the lag, language barrier, and disconnects get pretty frustrating. As soon as I can get into one of the US beta phases we intend to start recruiting. For now the guild will accept applications but I don’t want to take in people until I get a chance to play and talk with them. Quality of guild members is highly important to me so I’m going to be picky.

      What server ? and there was a retribution guild in DAOC are you guys with that crew or not ? :p  if you're in the Water server i'll join  and yea 20 hours is np :p does it have to be a certain time a week or just 20 hour ?
