I played both of the public stress tests, and after the last one I have to say I am into it. Ill offer my opinion in the same format ive seen before
Cons-
-Some animations look a little weird, like jumping
-can't put your weapon away (or is there, I'd like to know)
-not too into the fantasy world thing, but thats just my deal
-lag sometimes gets a bit much
-finding someone to do one specific quest may be tough in the future, but I personally havent had that problem
-no PvP
-some character creation options limited, or weird. Take skin tone, theres like 20 options but only 5 that dont make you look like the undead or some sort of freak, what kind of skin tone is dark green?
Pros-
-I personally have found grouping and the LFG system to be one of the best ive ever seen. The little icon above your head saying youre LFG is awesome, and the LFG tab to me was really useful to find a person my level to do a bunch of random quests with for awhile.
-group play is key, and use of diverse parties makes you stronger
-support classes much more useful due to the fact that the instanced dungeons give unique opportunities for special things and everyone gets the same xp at the end of quest, makes you feel more important if youre a primary buffer or like a rogue detecting traps
-limited health while on a quest makes you think before you leap into battle, and dying is just annoying enough to make you have a definite reason to stay alive, but not too harsh to make you not want to play after you die
-the combat is slightly more engaging than most MMOs blocking and dodging are welcome additions
-characters highly customizable, I know Ive heard gripes about how these customizations dont do anything but i have made two warriors with drastically different stats and feats, and they definitely play differently.
-personally I like how the characters look, and how you always get a set of armor together, so you can usually look pretty snappy, and theres a variety of different armors/weapons, each with visible tradeoffs to help you further specialize your character.
-scripted events and traps are cool
-loot already auto divided up which is nice.
Suggestions?
-for those who had a bad time grouping, I dont know what to say, I havent had any problems with that at all, but what I did was just look on the LFG tab and find some dude my level and tried to get in his group, then i just did what i could soloing what i thought i could (easy short quests) or buying/selling stuff while i waited for members, and it really didnt take that long, like 10 min max was the worst i saw. As for the quality of the groups, I went with random people and everyone i seemed to meet was helpful and nice, we did a bunch of quests at the request of whoever wanted to do a particular one because they thought it would be hard/have best loot/best xp/ needed off quest log.
Anyone else think so? It seems like a lot of people dont like this game, I think its a lot of fun. Ill admit its definitely not for everyone, and its a change from what appears to be the norm for MMOs, but I think Im on board, anyone else?

Answered from top of the list bro =p
first off to sheath your weapon it was /sheath.
Simply turn down your grpahics if you experianced lag while playing, i personally had everything cranked, and i did not experiance one bit of lag except some chop when i was i nthe Tavern with about 100 other people.
The grouping system was terrible, even if people werent LFG anymore it would still show them as LFg o nthe list, half the time i tried to invite someone from the list they were already in a group, that isnt a good system.
I was on the fence of this game, i cancled my pre order after playign the beta, this game IS NOT ready to be released to many bugs, and alot of people experianced lag such as yourself.
They need to work on being able to suit your character, no matter where you are, i mean doing 10-30 quests without armor being a Main tank is kinda backwards.
I just dont know im hoping for the best, but i think ill just play this game till Vanguard Saga of Heroes comes out.
I didnt have the same LFG problems you did, so many people seemed upset over it but i never had any problems, being flexible helped a lot I guess. When guilds form I suspect LFG will be even easier than before.
As for the lag, it was more of a rolling thing, and I could deal with it. It wasnt all the time and it wasnt for all that long, like 3 minutes at the most, it killed me a couple times but it wasnt a huge deal to me. It was just sort of a small complaint I had, something that I saw that could, and probably will be fixed.
Oh, and thanks for the /sheath thing.
like lazerbeard, I never have problems finding a group. there were some bugs with the social window where it was not updating properly, but it has been fixed and the social window works very smoothly now. you can leave it open and see the players go off and on lfg. it is extremely easy to group. you can start your own group up and look for lfg players or if your the group leaser put your group up for lfm ( looking for more) and included what classes your looking for and what lvl. you can look at alist of the groups LFM and send a join request. its great.
yeah, I thought the LFG system was like the highlight of the game for me. Vastly easier and makes much more sense than WoW, SWG and such.
Oh one more con, I didnt see any kind of crafting system in the game. I never was into crafting all that much, but I thought it was kinda cool. Would like to see something of the sort later maybe.
