DAoC_14-Day_Trial_Setup?

Having problems whit this file after downloading it 2 times from here and 1 time from gamezone it still is bugged.. My problem is that when i run the file the pc just start to work and never stopp nor can i open my task manager to close it gota rebot my pc to get it to stopp. The file is not corrupt its been downloaded whit no disconection.. So wounder if anyone els got issue whit file aswell.. am gone give it a 4th try on fileshack and see if it works ther..

LOL whatevah. That's why it's ranked #5 on the site? It's one of the best MMO's out. Especially if you have the juice to run the catacombs client.
To OP: There's good instructions for the trial in the DAOC forums. Suggest you look there to avoid the trolls.

Hmmm i don't know i didn't have problems like that as i downloaded it.
Perhaps your Pc is too slow?Are you sure it would work on your system?
And in my opinion the shrouded isles addon thats included in this trial version isn't that good.
U must test it with the other addons together but i don't know where you can download such a client.
Mythic wanted to add the ToA addon for the trial but i don't know if they have done it so far
As I said: There are directions for how to upgrade the Trial Client to the Catacombs engine in the DAOC forum. So you can see the *vastly* improved graphics that the Catacombs engine brought in the Trial. Unfortunately due to size constraints Mythic hasn't upgraded the trial to include the updated graphics. The trial DOES have the *engine* but you have to download the graphics separately. See the sticky in the DAOC forum for instructions.

elnator thanks for the info but i asked already at a daoc forum they couldn't help me that much.There exists hundreds of forums about doac out there. so have u some idea in which one i can find something helpful?
Read the sticky thread in the DAOC forum ***on this site***. It has step by step instructions on how to get the Catacombs graphics on the free trial.

I d/led the trial, didn't bother with the graphical upgrade as I figured that what I wanted to know was how enjoyable the gameplay was.
I found the whole thing clunky, perhaps they changed it in the graphical update (don't get me started on the fact that the devs should be the ones including the new graphics in the trial and not make you search for a way to integrate them) but I am not into the text command interface (type /use to use an item instead of right or left clicking or double clicking).
IMO it is probably a decent game that has been surpassed but is still kept alive by a small group of very loyal fans (at the time that I logged on there were a total of 8000 players on all servers).

Don't install the gfx update if you download the EU version as that comes with it! Maybe you need to find a mirror site?
