What options does FFXIV offer at endgame for a non-raider who mostly likes PvE?
Also, did they fix the incredible lag problems that a lot of people were having? It was unplayable before for me.

I assume u were playing in the 2.0 era, because most of the lags problem went away after they reduce server check to very few milliseconds. in terms of actitivities they are too many so best thing is to visit this link:

not to mention crafting fishing, chocobo raising and gardening and all other side acitivities not mentioned above.
